About the Administration & HR Department

The Administration and Human Resources Department of Mushin Local Government serves as the operational foundation that keeps all departments functioning efficiently. It manages personnel affairs, supports administrative processes, and ensures compliance with civil service standards and policies.

Core Responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing

Coordinating staff recruitment, placement, promotion, and discipline in accordance with civil service rules.

Human Resource Development

Organizing regular training, workshops, and performance appraisals to build capacity and enhance employee productivity.

Payroll & Benefits Administration

Managing staff salaries, benefits, leave schedules, and pensions to ensure timely and accurate disbursement.

Employee Welfare & Relations

Promoting staff motivation, addressing grievances, and ensuring harmony between management and employees.

Policy Formulation

Developing and updating HR policies, administrative procedures, and internal regulations to guide effective service delivery.

Records & Documentation

Maintaining official personnel files, service records, and administrative archives with strict confidentiality and accuracy.

Facility & Logistics Management

Overseeing municipal buildings, office maintenance, supplies, and fleet management to support smooth daily operations.

Compliance & Ethics

Ensuring the enforcement of workplace ethics, professional conduct, and adherence to government labor laws.
