Developing and implementing ICT policies, frameworks, and digital strategies that align with the council’s development objectives.

Digital Transformation

Leading the transition from manual to digital workflows — automating processes such as records management, communication, and service delivery.

Network & Systems Management

Managing all data networks, servers, and software to ensure high uptime, security, and seamless connectivity across all council departments.

Data Management & Security

Protecting the integrity, privacy, and accessibility of government data, while implementing reliable backup and recovery systems.

Website & Online Presence Management

Administering the official Mushin Local Government website and online platforms, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and public engagement.

Staff IT Support & Training

Providing technical support, software updates, and ICT training to enhance staff capacity and productivity.
