Hon. Shehu Olaniyi Lookman Olajide is a highly respected administrative professional whose leadership journey reflects a passion for excellence, integrity, and service to the people of Mushin.
Born and raised in Lagos, he holds a strong background in Public Administration and Political Science, with additional certifications in Public Policy Implementation and Leadership Management. Over the years, he has served in various administrative capacities within the Lagos State Local Government system, gaining invaluable experience in governance coordination, civic engagement, and public policy execution.
Before his appointment as Chief of Staff, he worked as a senior administrative officer and later as a special assistant to the chairman, where his exceptional organizational and communication skills earned him the trust and confidence of the council leadership. His ability to manage complex governmental processes, facilitate interdepartmental collaboration, and provide strategic support to the executive team has made him a key pillar of the administration.
Known for his humility, diligence, and proactive leadership style, Hon. Shehu continues to champion efficiency and innovation within the local government system. He is passionate about inclusive governance, effective communication, and community-oriented service delivery.
